From my very first conversation with JP, things moved quickly and with real intent, he arranged a same-day viewing and reassured me he’d do everything he could to get it sorted. True to his word, my offer was accepted within 24 hours.

From there, Laura handled the process incredibly efficiently, everything was completed within a couple of working days and felt completely seamless. The inventory clerk on move-in day was friendly and professional, which set the tone for a really positive experience. Marco was also always available if anything needed escalating, which gave me a lot of reassurance.

Communication throughout was clear, consistent, and genuinely supportive. On my first day, the team were so welcoming, and even followed up afterwards to make sure I knew where to go if I needed anything regarding the property. I’ve only had one minor issue since moving in, and it was resolved in under 24 hours, which says everything about how proactive and responsive they are.
