Meet the PropertyZen Team

PropertyZen is led by Marco, our founder, alongside Laura, our Tenancy Progression and Administration Manager, JP, our Senior Property Consultant, Wilman, our Property Manager, Nandni, our Trainee Property Consultant, and Luca, who supports our social media and content. Together, they bring strong local knowledge, practical experience and a shared commitment to delivering a personal, proactive and carefully managed service across sales, lettings and property management.

Marco has a longstanding presence in the local property market, supported by a trusted reputation and strong relationships with landlords, vendors and local professionals. He has helped shape PropertyZen into an agency built on credibility, personal service and word-of-mouth recommendation. His focus remains on understanding each client’s circumstances, offering honest guidance and building relationships that extend beyond a single transaction.

Laura plays a central role in keeping every transaction and tenancy moving smoothly. From an offer being agreed through to completion, move-in and beyond, she oversees sales and tenancy progression, referencing, documentation and administration. Her attention to detail helps ensure that important steps are completed on time, communication remains clear and nothing is overlooked along the way.

JP is often the face of PropertyZen for applicants, buyers, tenants and clients. As our Senior Property Consultant, he manages viewings, negotiations and much of the front end of the customer journey. His warm and approachable manner helps people feel comfortable, while his professionalism and responsiveness ensure that enquiries and opportunities are handled efficiently.

Wilman is responsible for the ongoing care and day-to-day management of our managed property portfolio. He coordinates maintenance, communicates with landlords and tenants, monitors inspections and helps keep property management and compliance responsibilities on track. His calm, organised approach provides our clients with reassurance that their properties and tenancies are being properly looked after.

Nandi supports the lettings and sales team across enquiries, viewings and applicant communication while continuing to develop her experience within the industry. Her enthusiasm, personable approach and willingness to help make her an important part of the customer journey and the continued growth of PropertyZen.

Luca supports PropertyZen’s social media and content, helping us share useful property information, local insights and updates from across the business. His role helps ensure that our online presence reflects the personality of the team and keeps our audience connected with what is happening at PropertyZen.
