PropertyZen was founded by husband-and-wife team Marco and Marina, bringing together years of property expertise, business experience and a shared vision for a more personal, flexible approach to estate agency. Alongside them is a carefully chosen team of trusted professionals: Laura, our Tenancy Progression and Administration Manager; JP, our Senior Property Consultant; Olivia, our Senior Property Consultant and Business Development Manager; and Wilman, our Property Manager. Together, we combine local knowledge, practical experience and a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional service across sales, lettings and property management.

Marco is our Co-Founder and Managing Director, bringing many years of experience in the local property market and a genuine passion for people and property. Having built a strong reputation through lasting relationships, honest advice and a hands-on approach, he's become someone clients and industry professionals know they can rely on. His entrepreneurial drive, extensive network and commitment to doing things differently have been instrumental in shaping PropertyZen's vision. Marco leads our client relationships, sales and business development, always focusing on finding the right solutions, doing what's fair and ensuring people feel supported throughout their property journey.

Marina is our Co-Founder and Operations Director, working largely behind the scenes to keep PropertyZen running smoothly and moving forward. With experience across property sales, lettings, management and inventories, including previously running her own property services business, she brings a practical understanding of the industry. Her wider background in business operations, talent management, marketing and strategy helps shape our systems, brand and future direction. She's particularly passionate about building a business where people feel valued, flexibility is encouraged and great client service remains at the heart of everything we do.

Laura plays a central role in keeping every transaction and tenancy moving smoothly. From an offer being agreed through to completion, move-in and beyond, she oversees sales and tenancy progression, referencing, documentation and administ​ration. Her attention to detail helps ensure that important steps are completed on time, communication remains clear and nothing is overlooked along the way.

JP is often the face of PropertyZen for applicants, buyers, tenants and clients. As our Senior Property Consultant, he manages viewings, negotiations and much of the front end of the customer journey. His warm and approachable manner helps people feel comfortable, while his professionalism and responsiveness ensure that enquiries and opportunities are handled efficiently.

Olivia is our Senior Property Consultant and Business Development Manager. She has a wealth of experience in the industry and has worked with Marco for many years. She has excellent worth ethics, and ambitious drive and a very special bond with our clients. She strives to do things right and ensure things are fair for our clients and partners.

Wilman is responsible for the ongoing care and day-to-day management of our managed property portfolio. He coordinates maintenance, communicates with landlords and tenants, monitors inspections and helps keep property management and compliance responsibilities on track. His calm, organised approach provides our clients with reassurance that their properties and tenancies are being properly looked after.

What brings us together isn't just our individual experience, but the way we work as a team. We're a close-knit group of people who genuinely trust, respect and support one another, each bringing something different to the table. We believe in open communication, taking responsibility and doing what we say we'll do. We're not perfect, and we're always learning, but we care about getting things right, looking after our clients and being there for each other. It's a simple approach, but one we're proud of.
