PropertyZen is led by Marco, our founder, now supported by two longstanding collaborators; Laura, our Independent Property Administrator, and JP, our Independent Property Consultant. Having worked together for many years, they operate with genuine rhythm, often anticipating what the other needs (and yes, occasionally finishing each other’s sentences).

Together, they bring strong local knowledge and extensive experience across sales, lettings, and property management, helping clients move from first conversation to completion with clarity, consistency, and confidence.

Laura and JP joined Marco in January 2026, strengthening a team built on trusted working relationships and a shared focus on delivering a smooth, well-managed customer journey.
