Founded by husband-and-wife team Marco and Marina Baptista, PropertyZen brings together decades of experience across residential property, business operations and client services, alongside a shared belief that estate agency can be done a little differently.

Our roots in the local property market run deep. Marco began his career in 2005 as a founding member of Brinkleys Estate Agents, helping establish and grow its lettings department. His journey has since included international property experience, co-founding Kariba Properties and helping bring the acquisition of Brinkleys full circle.

Together, we've brought our different experiences, perspectives and strengths into PropertyZen, surrounding ourselves with trusted professionals who share our values and commitment to looking after people. We're ambitious about the future, but deliberately personal in how we work.
